Detectives have re-arrested three teenagers on suspicion of unlawful act manslaughter following the death of 20-year-old Mason Miller in Northampton, Northamptonshire. The re-arrests, confirmed by police on 3 March 2026, mark a new stage in the investigation into a double stabbing that took place at a local park last month.

The incident happened at Briar Hill Skate Park on 18 February 2026, where Mr Miller died from his injuries at the scene. A 17-year-old boy was also seriously injured in the attack and required hospital treatment for life-threatening injuries.

According to Northamptonshire Police, the three suspects are aged 14 and 15 and were previously charged with violent disorder and possession of an offensive weapon. A total of 11 people have now been questioned by officers as part of the wider inquiry into the fatal stabbing.

Officers are currently searching for doorbell and dashcam footage of two people on electric motorcycles seen in the area between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM on the day of the attack. They are interested in any sightings from the Kings Heath, Duston, Upton, and Briar Hill neighbourhoods to help with their ongoing enquiries.
