Fleet Town Council is hosting its Annual Residents Meeting on 10 March 2026 at The Harlington to update the community in Fleet, Hampshire, on local projects and future changes to how the area is run.

The meeting, which runs from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM, provides a space for people to review the council budget and its performance over the past year. Representatives from Fleet Town Council will also share updates on the New Views Skatepark and the ongoing work to improve The Harlington community centre.

A significant portion of the evening will be dedicated to discussing local government reorganisation and the upcoming local elections in May 2026. This discussion follows a district-wide review currently being led by Hart District Council, which could result in changes to how local parishes and town services are managed.

The event will conclude with a community question and answer session, giving residents a chance to voice their concerns directly to local leaders. This annual gathering is a legal requirement designed to ensure the council remains transparent and answers to the people living in the town.
