On the evening of Tuesday 10 March 2026, West Mercia Police arrested a man following a road-rage incident involving two drivers in Ketley Bank, Shropshire. The altercation took place on Mosey Green Way and led to a large police response to ensure the safety of the local community.

The National Police Air Service (NPAS) deployed an aircraft to help officers on the ground find a suspect following reports received at approximately 6:20 pm. During the search, a laser was shone at the police aircraft from the ground, which resulted in a further arrest being made by officers at a nearby property.

A 26-year-old man was arrested in Lawley on suspicion of possessing a firearm with intent, while a 60-year-old man was detained in relation to the laser incident.
