The Essex Youth Service is launching a new weekly support group for neurodivergent and anxious young people aged 11 to 18 in Rayleigh, Essex. The first session will be held on Thursday, 19 March 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at FitzWimarc Sixth Form.

The group focuses on providing informal support and social activities to help teenagers build their confidence. It also offers personal development opportunities for those attending, giving them a chance to learn new skills in a relaxed setting.

The first meeting is free for all participants to attend. Following the launch, the group will meet every week with a cost of £3 per session.
