The service launched on 2 January 2024 to replace the ArrivaClick bus service, which closed down at the end of 2023. It was designed to give vulnerable residents a reliable way to stay independent and manage their own shopping trips.
Mayor Peter Taylor, who is standing for re-election in May 2026, has ridden the bus himself and praised the friendly staff and the convenience it offers to local people.
