Residents of Bloxwich can expect a brief period of warm, sunny weather this week before conditions turn cooler and wetter by Thursday. According to the Met Office, temperatures will climb steadily from 15°C today, Monday, to a peak of 22°C on Wednesday.

The mid-week period offers a dry window for outdoor activities, with less than a 5% chance of rain. While the warm spell provides good opportunities for gardening or walks, the national weather service advises that ultraviolet levels will be moderate throughout the working week, and residents should consider wearing sunscreen during midday hours.

Those sensitive to pollen should be aware that levels across the region are forecast to be very high throughout the entire week.

The weather is expected to change significantly from Thursday onwards, as rain moves into the area and temperatures drop to around 12°C for the weekend. Wind gusts are also set to increase notably, reaching up to 34mph on Thursday, compared to the lighter winds of 22 to 28mph expected earlier in the week. The Met Office regional forecast indicates that after the current fine spell, the transition will bring much cooler and cloudier conditions to the town.
