Healthwatch Luton has published new inspection reports for three local care services following visits conducted in January 2026. The independent consumer champion assessed Advanced Housing, Tennyson Road Care Home, and Belle Vue Care Home, finding generally positive results across all three locations with no safeguarding concerns identified.
The inspections were carried out by authorised representatives Patricia Lattimer, Philip Turner, Sandra Gouldbourne, and Maureen Matthews to gather feedback from residents and staff. Each of the three facilities provides specialised support for adults in Luton.
Advanced Housing, located at 135 Tennyson Road, provides supported living for up to four adults with learning disabilities. At 104 Tennyson Road, the service known as The Beeches offers supported living for up to eight adults with mental health needs, particularly schizophrenia. Meanwhile, Belle Vue Care Home on New Bedford Road is operated by Optimal Living and provides residential care for adults with learning disabilities and autism.
These reports were released on 9 April 2026. Families and residents can access the full details of the care service assessments directly through the Healthwatch Luton website.
