Business owners in Huddersfield have the opportunity to access free, one-to-one professional advice at an upcoming support session held on 16 April 2026. The event, hosted by the Mid Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce, aims to provide tailored guidance for both new startups and established companies looking to grow.

The advice sessions will take place between 9.30am and 2.00pm at the Elsie Whiteley Innovation Centre. While the event is open to Huddersfield business owners, the venue is located near the centre of Halifax, approximately 8 to 10 miles away from Huddersfield town centre.

During the 30-minute consultations, attendees can connect with various support partners to receive expert guidance on their business journey. Participants will have access to resources from Business Kirklees, as well as programmes funded by the West Yorkshire Combined Authority. This includes specific support through AD:VENTURE for businesses that have been trading for less than three years.

This event is part of a renewed focus on practical support under the organisation’s leadership team. The Mid Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce, which was founded in 1853, continues its long-standing role as an independent, membership-funded organisation supporting diverse sectors across the region, including manufacturing, retail, and digital industries.

Business owners interested in securing a 30-minute consultation slot are encouraged to contact the Chamber directly via email to book their place.
