Families visiting Farmer Palmer’s Farm Park near Poole have a new opportunity to see young animals this spring, following the arrival of a group of six-week-old piglets. The farm park, located on Wareham Road in Organford, announced the new residents in April 2026, inviting the public to meet the animals up close.

In addition to the piglets, the park has shared footage from its on-site apiary showing a drone, which is a male bee, hatching. The video highlights nurse bees assisting the new bee as it emerges from its cell, providing an educational look at life cycles for visiting children.

Established in 1998, the attraction was created when the Palmer family shifted their focus from a traditional dairy farm to a children’s visitor destination. The park is designed specifically for children aged eight and under, offering many different indoor and outdoor activities. These include tractor trailer rides, cow milking demonstrations, and piglet racing.

The farm park recommends that visitors book their tickets online in advance of their visit. Doors open daily at 9:30am, with staff ready to help guests meet the newest members of the animal family.
