North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College is inviting applications for a new Business Administration apprenticeship based in the village of Elmesthorpe, providing a local opportunity for residents to gain qualifications while working.

The role is situated at the Church Farm Offices on Wilkinson Lane and involves a variety of administrative duties. Successful applicants will assist the team with contract and software management, order processing and purchasing, and the preparation of quotations. The position is ideal for school leavers or those looking to change careers within the Leicestershire area.

Those interested in the apprenticeship have until 19 May 2026 to submit an application. The successful candidate is expected to begin their new role on 3 June 2026.

The college, which operates campuses across the region including a site on Lower Bond Street in Hinckley that focuses on creative arts, was awarded a ‘Good’ rating by Ofsted during an inspection in November 2024. Inspectors specifically highlighted the behaviour and attitudes of students as ‘Outstanding’. Marion Plant, the Principal and Chief Executive of the college, has stated that the inspection results reflect the high standards maintained by the institution.

In addition to business administration, the college offers apprenticeships in various sectors including engineering, digital, motor vehicle, and hairdressing. Further details on current opportunities can be found on the college apprenticeship portal.
