Residents in Cheltenham can look forward to a warm and largely dry week ahead, according to the latest forecast from the Met Office. Sunny conditions are set to dominate the area, with temperatures expected to climb to 22°C by Thursday and Friday.

While the week will remain mostly dry, Tuesday 28 April will bring a brief cooler interlude. The day will start off overcast with a chance of light rain in the morning. Temperatures are expected to drop to a low of 5°C on Tuesday night, potentially creating frost in rural areas. Wednesday 29 April will follow with a similarly chilly start of 6°C, which may also lead to rural frost before the day warms up to a high of 20°C.

Beyond Tuesday morning, there is very little risk of rain, with the probability of precipitation remaining below 10% for the rest of the week. With light winds and excellent visibility, the weather should be well-suited for outdoor plans such as gardening, walking, or visiting pub gardens.

Those sensitive to allergens should be aware that pollen levels are currently very high in the area, mainly due to oak and birch trees. Levels are expected to drop to moderate on Tuesday before rising again to high for the remainder of the week.
