Residents in Slough have been provided with a list of pharmacies that will remain open during the upcoming Early May Bank Holiday on Monday 4 May 2026. Slough Borough Council, in coordination with the Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and Community Pharmacy Thames Valley, has confirmed the opening times to help ensure locals can still access medicines and health advice over the long weekend.
Four pharmacies across the area are confirmed to be operating on the bank holiday:
Asda Pharmacy on Telford Drive will be open from 10:00 to 12:30 and again from 13:00 to 16:00. Boots the Chemists on the High Street and the Tesco Pharmacy on Brunel Way will both be open from 10:00 to 16:00. Willow Pharmacy on Willow Parade in Langley will have the longest opening hours, serving the community from 10:00 to 22:00.
Because pharmacy opening hours on bank holidays are voluntary, these times are subject to change. Residents are strongly advised to contact their chosen pharmacy before travelling to ensure they are open and have the necessary medication in stock.
