Police Seek Witnesses After E-Bike and Car Crash in Telford

The West Mercia Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision in Telford that left a man hospitalised. The incident, which involved a car and an electric bike, took place at the junction of Pool Hill Road and Doseley Road at approximately 10:30pm on Friday 1 May 2026.

The 20-year-old rider of the Surron-type electric bike sustained serious injuries during the crash with a Vauxhall Corsa. He remains in hospital in a stable condition.

Officers are currently looking into the circumstances surrounding the event. No arrests have been made at this time.

Officers are asking anyone who was in the area of Pool Hill Road or Doseley Road at the time of the collision to come forward. They are particularly interested in hearing from anyone who may have relevant CCTV or dashcam footage.
