The Blackpool Pier Company has become the first tenant at The Robinson, a new business hub in Blackpool. The announcement, made on 28 April 2026, marks the official opening of the facility for business tenants as part of a wider effort to support local growth.

Located within the historic Stanley Buildings on Church Street, The Robinson was created following an £8.2 million renovation of the 1935 Art Deco site. The project, managed by Blackpool Unlimited, the business support arm of Blackpool Council, offers 44 private offices, six meeting rooms, and co-working spaces to local companies.

The Blackpool Pier Company, which owns and operates the North, Central, and South piers, chose the hub for its central location. According to the company, being positioned in the middle of all three piers is essential for managing their day-to-day operations, visitor coordination, and meetings.

The renovation of the Stanley Buildings was supported by funding from the local council and the UK Government, including contributions from the Town Deal and the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. In addition to the office space, the site includes 18 new shopfront units on the ground floor.
