The English National Ballet is bringing its production of My First Ballet: Cinderella to the Wyvern Theatre in Swindon on 23 and 24 May 2026. The show offers families a way to introduce young children to live theatre during the upcoming half-term break.

Specifically designed for children aged three and above, the production features a narrator who helps young audiences follow the classic fairy tale. The performance is choreographed by George Williamson and features students from the English National Ballet School Graduate Artists Programme. The visual elements, including costumes, sets, and puppetry, were created by award-winning designer Rachael Canning.

This performance is part of a national tour that has been running since March 2026. The My First Ballet series has introduced more than 370,000 people to the art form since it began in 2012. Tickets for the Swindon performances start from £12.75.

There will be five performances held across the two days. Shows are available at 10:30am, 2:00pm, and 5:30pm on Saturday 23 May, and at 11:00am and 3:00pm on Sunday 24 May.
