Shoppers at the Telford Centre have raised over £50,000 for local charities during the past year. The shopping centre has supported these efforts by providing more than £30,000 worth of free mall space to facilitate various fundraising activities.

More than 25 community organisations have benefited from the initiative. These contributions help support a wide range of services for local residents, such as specialised care for vulnerable people and literacy coaching for adults.

The community spirit has continued into 2026, with the Pavers Foundation store at the centre donating £1,000 to Model for Heroes. This donation was nominated by Cindy Mason-Morris, an employee at Telford & Wrekin Council, to support the charity’s work with veterans and ex-emergency service personnel. Models for Heroes currently operates five groups throughout Telford that assist these individuals through model-making activities.
