Farnham College has started accepting applications for its September 2026 courses, offering new opportunities for students living in Camberley, Surrey. Farnham College is one of the primary choices for local school leavers, since Camberley does not have its own dedicated further education college. Prospective students can choose from a variety of options including A-levels, T-levels and apprenticeships.

To help families decide, the college is hosting two main information events in February 2026. A general open evening will take place on 4 February 2026 from 16:30 to 19:30, followed by a session focused on apprenticeships on 10 February 2026. These events allow visitors to meet teachers and learn about the Learning Philosophy used across the Activate Learning group.

The college is part of Activate Learning, which holds an overall ‘Good’ rating from Ofsted (inspection: 22–25 November 2022). The Ofsted report describes the provider as “calm, welcoming and inclusive” and rates its adult learning programmes as ‘Good’. Students applying before 31 May 2026 enter the Early Applications Pathway, which includes a “Meet the Teaching Team” event to discuss course choices and receive early guidance.

Many students from Camberley travel to the campus using the Stagecoach bus network. The college provides guidance on student travel passes during its open events to help manage commuting costs, and the Stagecoach StudentRider pass is commonly discussed. Local employers will also be present at the February apprenticeship event to discuss careers in fields such as engineering, business and health and social care.
