Bloxwich Neighbourhood Policing Team (West Midlands Police) is asking residents in Bloxwich, West Midlands, to help set new policing priorities by completing an anonymous nuisance-crime survey launched on 4 February 2026. The consultation allows local people to directly influence where officers focus patrols to tackle issues such as vandalism and intimidating behaviour.

The consultation follows a reported 32% increase in antisocial behaviour across the wider Walsall area over the previous two years, according to local crime statistics and regional reporting. Residents have previously raised concerns about groups of youths on bicycles and disruptions in public areas such as the King George V Memorial Playing Fields.

Feedback from the survey will help West Midlands Police decide how to deploy newly approved resources. Under current resourcing plans the force has projected an increase of 289 police officers (and around 20 PCSOs); the survey’s results will feed into a reduction/action plan for 2026 aimed at reclaiming public spaces from crime and nuisance groups.

People can share their views online via the WMNow platform or by picking up a paper form at Bloxwich Police Station. The consultation is presented as a central element of the West Midlands Police and Crime Plan 2025–2029, which emphasises rebuilding community policing and restoring public confidence.
