Residents will have the chance to speak directly with their local leaders at Banbury Town Council surgeries on Saturday 7 February 2026 at Banbury Town Hall in Bridge Street, Banbury, Oxfordshire. This session is the first major opportunity in 2026 for the community to bypass phone queues and share their views in person about local issues and projects.

These face-to-face, drop-in meetings (no appointment necessary) allow people to raise concerns about neighbourhood services. Councillors will be available from 10:00am until 12:00pm to discuss the upkeep of local spaces such as People’s Park and to provide updates on the Woodgreen outdoor pool at Woodgreen Leisure Centre (Banbury Lido).

The event is also a chance for residents to ask questions about the Banbury Vision 2050 regeneration efforts and other town improvements. While the town council is responsible for matters such as parks and allotments, councillors can also advise residents on how to contact Cherwell District Council or Oxfordshire County Council for issues outside the town council’s remit, such as housing or road repairs.

Anyone living in the community is welcome to visit the Town Hall on Bridge Street during the two-hour session. The surgeries follow the council’s established pattern of taking place on the first Saturday of each month to ensure local voices are heard regularly.

For confirmation of surgery dates and further details, see Banbury Town Council’s announcements (Latest News) or contact the Town Hall.
