London Luton Airport (LLA) in Bedfordshire has recorded its highest-ever customer satisfaction scores after a record year for passenger numbers. In January 2026 the airport confirmed it welcomed more than 17.5 million passengers in 2025 while reporting its best levels of passenger satisfaction to date.
LLA credits part of the improvement to a £20 million upgrade to its security hall completed in 2024.
