Families in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, can attend the returning Flavour Fest at Willen Lake on Saturday, April 4, 2026. The seasonal food-and-music festival will bring together street-food stalls, live music and an outdoor pop-up bar to mark the start of the Easter holiday weekend.

The event is organised by Willen Lake in partnership with Whitecap Leisure Ltd, the trading arm of The Parks Trust, and is part of plans to develop Willen Lake into a social and culinary destination. It will be held on the Promontory and the Events Square, areas that were improved as part of a £2 million-plus redevelopment of the site between 2021 and 2023.

Visitors can expect a variety of international dishes from local vendors including The Rub (BBQ) and Urban Spice Box, among others. Local coverage of previous editions (MKFM, Destination Milton Keynes) has described Flavour Fest as a popular way for residents to come together at the lake.

Entry to Flavour Fest is free; the festival typically runs from 11:00am to 5:00pm, with charges only for food, drink and some activities such as face painting. Willen Lake and previous event listings also note family entertainment, a live DJ and access to the permanent waterfront Bar & Kitchen.
