As of 9 February 2026, Parkdean Resorts is offering a paid in‑accommodation Wi‑Fi option at Torquay Holiday Park in Devon. The premium service, called Park Connect+, is available in selected accommodation and is intended to provide higher speeds for streaming and remote working; pricing for in‑accommodation access starts from £5.95.

The service is provided by managed service provider Wifinity. A free Standard Park Connect service remains available for some park areas and common buildings, but in‑accommodation access is now generally offered via the paid Park Connect+ tier in selected units — availability and inclusions can vary by park and accommodation type.

Parkdean and Wifinity say the change accompanies upgrades to the network to handle more devices and higher speeds. Because parts of Torquay are hilly and mobile coverage can be patchy, the park’s internal Wi‑Fi is often relied on by guests who need stable connections for streaming or working remotely.

To use the system, guests should connect to the Parkdean Customer Wi‑Fi network (Park Connect) and follow the on‑screen prompts to select a Park Connect+ premium plan for their accommodation. Visitors planning trips for the 2026 season should check their booking and Parkdean communications to see whether in‑accommodation Wi‑Fi is included or will require an extra fee.

Parkdean says the introduction of paid in‑accommodation Wi‑Fi is part of a wider investment programme across its parks, with the connectivity rollout targeted as part of a portfolio transformation scheduled to complete by mid‑2026.
