Police Release Picture To Identify Man After Milton Keynes Incident

On February 13, 2026, Thames Valley Police released an identification image to find a man who exposed himself to a woman in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.

The incident happened at about 3:15 PM on November 9, 2025, in the underpass under Silbury Boulevard. This walkway is located next to the Network Rail tracks near the central station, where a woman in her forties was approached.

The man is described as black and of average height. He spoke with an African accent and was wearing a dark puffer coat with dark tracksuit bottoms at the time of the incident.

Investigating officer PC Sophie Smith is asking residents, businesses, and Sunday afternoon commuters to check their CCTV, dashcam, or doorbell footage. Anyone who recognises the man in the image should contact the police by calling 101 and quoting reference number 43250572877.
