Small business owners in Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, can join a free online session on March 26, 2026, to learn how to find new customers without spending a lot of money. The Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce is hosting the Business Bites webinar to provide practical tips that fit into a busy working day.

Chartered marketer Lydia McKeown, who is the managing director of We Do Marketing Ltd, will lead the session. She will share simple techniques to help firms build their brand and get new leads while keeping costs low.

The help comes as Royal Tunbridge Wells sees a lot of change in the local economy, with about 1,950 new companies starting up and 913 closing over a recent two-year period. Many local firms are also currently dealing with challenges like higher utility bills and water supply issues.

The webinar runs from 10:30 am to 11:00 am and is open to everyone, including people who are not members of the chamber. Business owners can sign up for free online until the start of the session on March 26, 2026.
