Poole Speedway Sets 2026 Race Dates and Ticket Prices

Poole Speedway has released its full list of race dates for the 2026 season and opened sales for season tickets in Poole, Dorset. The campaign for the team, known as the Wessex Marine Pirates, is set to begin at the Wimborne Road stadium on Good Friday, April 3, 2026, with a match against the Plymouth Gladiators.

Local residents can now purchase season passes, with adult tickets priced at £230 and discounted rates available for seniors at £200, students at £115, and youths aged 11-16 at £65. According to the season pass terms, holders will receive a 10 per cent discount at the club shop and an invitation to the practice day on April 2, 2026.

The fixture list shows the first league match will take place against Redcar on May 6, 2026. The calendar also includes two tours to the north of the country, with visits to Glasgow and Berwick in late June followed by Edinburgh and Workington in August.

This year’s rider lineup features returning lead rider Richard Lawson and team captain Zach Cook. They will be joined by teammates Tobias Thomsen, Anders Rowe, Lewis Kerr, Paul Starke, and Fraser Bowes for the 2026 season.
