The Football Fun Factory is launching new weekly football sessions for children in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, starting on February 16, 2026. These sessions are designed for boys and girls aged 4 to 12 and will take place every Monday evening at Wrenn School on London Road.

The sessions focus on a pressure-free environment where the goal is enjoyment and personal growth rather than competitive league results. Children will use unique equipment during their training, including a giant inflatable football pitch and inflatable targets to help them stay active and engaged.

Head Coach Sam Ioannides will lead the local program, bringing experience from similar sessions he manages in the neighbouring towns of Rushden and Raunds. To help families get involved, the organisers are offering a three-week free trial so new players can try the activities before signing up for a full membership.

This initiative aims to provide a social space for children to build confidence and technical skills through sport. By hosting the events at Wrenn School, the program offers a local option for parents looking for regular weekday activities within the NN8 area.
