A 31-year-old man has been charged with eight counts of exposure following a series of incidents in Norwich, Norfolk. According to the Norfolk Constabulary, the charges relate to reports of indecent behaviour at popular local trails and nature reserves.

The offences allegedly happened between January 20, 2025, and May 14, 2025, at the Sweet Briar Marshes in Norwich and the Tiffey Trail in Wymondham. Police first arrested the suspect in June 2025 for reports in Wymondham and again in July 2025 for incidents in Norwich.

Suraj Ragini, of Harmer Road, Norwich, was formally charged on February 17, 2026. He is now due to appear before the Norwich Magistrates’ Court on April 10, 2026.

Local officers hope the charges provide reassurance to residents and families who use the county’s public walks. Police continue to encourage people to report any suspicious behaviour to help keep public spaces safe.
