Huddersfield Town AFC is hosting a family-friendly Fan Zone and a food collection for people in need before their home match against Barnsley on Saturday, February 21, 2026, in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.

The pre-match event at the Accu Stadium will feature local food stalls, drinks, and entertainment for fans of all ages to enjoy before the 3:00pm kick-off. Supporters are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to designated points to help local families who are struggling to afford the basics.

The food drive is organised in partnership with Utilita Giving, a charity that helps people across the country who are facing food and fuel poverty. All items collected will be given to The Welcome Centre, which provides food, toiletries, and other essential items to residents in Huddersfield who are in crisis.

This initiative builds on previous work by the Huddersfield Town Foundation, which has long used donation bins outside the stadium to support local food banks. By holding this event in the Fan Zone, the club aims to bring the community together and provide immediate help to those in the local area.
