Hertfordshire Constabulary has released images of jewellery stolen during a burglary on Oakhill Drive in Welwyn, Hertfordshire, to help identify the items and find those responsible. The break-in happened at approximately 6:20 PM on January 22, 2026, when thieves entered a home and took cash, personal belongings, and several specific pieces of jewellery.

Investigator Fran Aylin, from the North Herts Criminal Investigation Department, is leading the search for the missing items. Officers are asking anyone who may have seen suspicious activity in the area or has doorbell camera footage to come forward and assist with the investigation.

Oakhill Drive is a high-value residential street where average property prices reached approximately £1.45 million over the last year. These figures are based on property data provided by Rightmove and StreetCheck.

Police are urging the public to be vigilant, especially if they are offered unusual jewellery for sale in the local area. Anyone with information is asked to contact the police and quote the crime reference number 41/6821/26 or report details anonymously through the charity Crimestoppers.
