Banbury Library in Oxfordshire is hosting a free spring-themed story and craft session for local families on Wednesday, February 18, 2026. The thirty-minute event is open to people of all ages and does not require any advance booking, allowing residents to simply drop in between 11:00 am and 11:30 am.

The activity takes place during the school half-term break, which runs from Monday, February 16, to Friday, February 20, 2026. It is part of a wider series of community events managed by Oxfordshire Libraries to provide affordable options for families during the holidays.

Children attending the session can also finish the Winter Mini Challenge, a reading incentive that encourages young people to keep reading and concludes on February 20. The library, currently found on Marlborough Road, continues to offer these regular sessions as it prepares for a move to a new site in the Castle Quay Shopping Centre by the end of 2027.
