Healthwatch Hampshire has published a list of pharmacy opening hours for the late May Bank Holiday on Monday 25 May 2026, advising residents in Basingstoke to check availability before they travel.

Because pharmacy opening hours on bank holidays are voluntary, many locations may operate with reduced hours or remain closed. To help residents find support, a Google Maps resource has been created to show which pharmacies across the region will be open.

In Basingstoke, four pharmacies are expected to be open on Monday 25 May 2026. These include Boots at the Chineham District Centre and Boots at the Old Basing Mall, both open from 10:00 until 16:00. The Tesco Pharmacy at the Chineham District Shopping Centre will also be open from 10:00 until 16:00, while the Superdrug pharmacy at The Walks Shopping Centre will be open from 14:00 until 17:00.

As these opening times are subject to change, officials advise residents to contact their local pharmacy directly to confirm they are open and have the necessary medication in stock before making a trip. Additionally, Urgent Treatment Centres will remain open throughout the region for those needing care for urgent, non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses.
