Basingstoke Town Community Football Club is hosting Eastleigh FC tonight, 3 March 2026, in the semi-final of the Servio Hampshire Senior Cup in Basingstoke, Hampshire. The match kicks off at 7:45 PM at the Winklebury Football Complex, with the clubhouse opening for fans from 6:00 PM.
This evening’s game is a rare local derby between the fan-owned Basingstoke side and their neighbours from Eastleigh. Although the visiting team plays two levels higher in the football system, Basingstoke has a strong record in this competition and won the trophy as recently as 2023.
The match will be played on a high-standard artificial grass pitch at a stadium that can hold nearly 2,000 people. Eastleigh FC is looking for its first win in this competition since 2012, having reached the finals in both 2020 and 2022 without taking the trophy.
Manager Dan Brownlie will lead the home team as they try to reach another final in front of their core supporter group, known as the Dragons. A win tonight would move the club one step closer to securing the most prestigious cup in county football.
