The facility, housed in the Grade II listed Pelhams House, offers 12 rooms for hire, ranging from smaller spaces to a main hall with a capacity of 200 people. Hire rates for the smallest room start at £11 per hour on weekdays, while the main hall and kitchenette can be hired for £27.50 per hour on weekdays, increasing to £33 per hour on weekends.
Technical difficulties are currently affecting various digital services provided by the council. The Customer Self-Service portal is displaying a notification that the system is offline, and similar issues have been reported across other council webpages.
