The Rocky Horror Picture Show 50th Anniversary Spectacular Tour is coming to Bournemouth, Dorset, for a special one-night performance on 30 April 2026. This event gives local residents the chance to celebrate the famous cult musical at their local theatre without having to travel to a larger city.

Fans attending the show at the Bournemouth Pavilion will see a high-quality screening of the original 1975 film. The night also includes a live shadow cast of performers who act out the scenes on stage in front of the screen, as well as a costume contest for the audience.

Three of the original movie stars, Barry Bostwick, Patricia Quinn, and Nell Campbell, will appear together on stage for a live question and answer session. This is part of a small tour visiting only 13 cities across the country to mark five decades since the film was first released.

The booking is expected to bring more visitors into the town centre, providing a boost for local businesses like pubs and restaurants. The Bournemouth Pavilion is a historic Art Deco building with enough seats for about 1,500 people.
