A new wellbeing session for women navigating midlife transitions will take place in Fleet, Hampshire, on Friday 27 February 2026. The two-hour evening event is designed to help local residents find support and connection while dealing with the life changes associated with perimenopause and menopause.

The ‘Wise Women Era’ circle is being organised by Holistic Healing Rocks and will run from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. The session will be led by Nikki Carr, a reflexology practitioner and mindfulness coach (qualified in Reiki) and a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). Carr aims to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for women to share their experiences.

The meeting focuses on helping women between the ages of 40 and 60 manage stress and feel less isolated. Rather than a clinical setting, the group uses guided discussions and relaxation activities — including crystal-integrated Reiki and other somatic-centering practices — to help attendees feel more balanced.

The initiative comes amid a local rise in boutique, community-led wellbeing offerings in the Hart District. By offering a place for ‘committed listening’, the organisers hope to build a local network where women can learn from one another during hormonal and life transitions.

Residents interested in attending are asked to book in advance through the HolisticHealing.Rocks website (or the organiser’s Eventbrite listing if available). The fee is expected to be around £20–30, but attendees should check the booking page for the confirmed price. Spaces are limited (these small-group circles are typically capped at about 10–12 participants), so early booking is advised.
