The Winchfield Festival is moving to a new open-field venue beside The Barley Mow pub for its 27th year, running from 19 to 28 June 2026. Now in its biggest ever iteration, the 10-day event features live music, theatre, family entertainment and community gatherings in a relaxed summer setting with food, drinks and covered performance spaces.
As a registered charity, the festival raises funds to support music education for children aged 7 to 11 in primary schools across North Hampshire. It works in partnership with Hampshire Music Service and has already reached over 7,500 local children. “The Winchfield Festival raises fund to support the charity’s aims of supporting children’s musical education within primary schools across North Hampshire,” a spokesperson said.
The 2026 programme includes Big Singalong Nights dedicated to Queen, Elton John and Take That, and the Winchfield Proms featuring Docklands Sinfonia. Other highlights are performances by the Bellot Ensemble and award-winning brass group Queentet, an outdoor theatre production of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland by This Is My Theatre, and the Mow & Motor community car show.
