Residents of Gloucester can look forward to a dry and settled week, with the Met Office predicting sunny conditions and minimal rain between 20 April and 26 April 2026.

Temperatures across the city are expected to climb throughout the week, starting at 14°C on Monday and reaching a high of 20°C by Thursday. A slight cooling trend is expected toward the end of the week, with temperatures reaching 17°C by Sunday.

While the weather will remain mostly calm, those planning outdoor activities should note that Wednesday will be notably windier, with gusts reaching 32mph.

With sunny skies forecast, health officials advise residents to take care during the middle of the day. UV levels are expected to be moderate, and sunscreen is recommended between 11am and 3pm. Additionally, high pollen levels are expected for much of the week, with the exception of Tuesday, which will see moderate levels.

Daylight hours will remain extended, with sunrise occurring around 6:00am and sunset between 8:15pm and 8:25pm daily.
