Teenagers in Kingswinford struggling with low mood or anxiety can now access free support workshops organised by Kingswinford Medical Practice.

The surgery is hosting two sessions at Cranstoun Routes, a youth-friendly hub located at the Merry Hill Shopping Centre in Dudley. These sessions are designed to provide a safe and relaxed environment for young people aged 13 to 17 to learn tools to help manage their wellbeing.

The workshop focused on managing anxiety will take place on Friday 1 June 2026, and the session covering support for low mood will follow on Friday 1 July 2026. Both workshops run from 12pm to 1pm.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to direct teenagers to these sessions if they are looking for extra support. The practice aims to offer these meetings as an accessible way for local young people to get help in a non-clinical setting.
