Macclesfield Police have released images of three men they want to identify following a high-value burglary in Prestbury, Cheshire. The search follows a theft where approximately 55 luxury handbags worth £260,000 were taken from a designer boutique.

The incident occurred in June 2025 when thieves gained access to the shop by tunnelling through the walls of the building. The burglars managed to steal the high-end items in just a few minutes while the owner watched the scene on a security camera from home.

This investigation was recently featured on the television programme BBC Crimewatch Live to help generate new leads. Officers are now asking for the public’s help to name the three men captured on camera to help move the case forward.

Anyone who recognises the men or has any information about the theft is encouraged to contact the local authorities. Officers hope that these new images will assist in identifying those responsible for the large-scale crime.
