The Bletchley Park Trust is offering a 50 per cent discount on admission fees for residents living within a 10-mile radius of Bletchley Park (postcode-restricted), throughout 2026. The scheme allows neighbours within that radius to visit the museum and exhibitions for half the standard ticket price; discounted tickets act as an Annual Pass, giving unlimited return visits for 12 months.

Adult residents can enter for £14.00 instead of the usual £28.00, while tickets for those aged 12 to 17 are reduced to £9.75. Visitors must show photo ID and proof of residence (for example a utility bill) at Admissions on the day of their visit; local resident tickets can also be selected when booking online, but eligibility is checked on arrival.

The discount is presented as a thank-you to the local community and to encourage more people to learn about the site’s history. Iain Standen, chief executive of the Bletchley Park Trust, said the move helps to make the story of the park more accessible to people who live nearby.

The offer coincides with the one-year anniversary of the “Age of AI” exhibition, which opened on 6 February 2025. It also follows the site hosting the world’s first global AI Safety Summit, held at Bletchley Park on 1–2 November 2023.

Eligibility for the lower rates is based on specific postcodes, which include areas such as Leighton Buzzard and Dunstable alongside Milton Keynes. The Trust’s local-resident page lists eligible postcodes (examples include MK1–17 and LU5–7). While some local residents have voiced concerns on public forums, including an anonymous TripAdvisor review criticising prices, the Trust hopes the half-price offer will encourage more families to visit during the February half term.
