The weather may affect local travel, especially for those using public transport. National Rail has confirmed that rail replacement buses are already running between Milton Keynes Central and Northampton until Thursday, February 19, 2026, due to planned engineering works.
People are advised to watch for icy patches on roads and paths that have not been treated by Milton Keynes City Council. High winds also mean that garden furniture or other loose items should be secured to prevent them from blowing away.
