Northamptonshire Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was robbed on St James Road in Northampton on Sunday, 12 April 2026.
The victim was approached between 4.25pm and 4.45pm by a man who forced him to the floor. During the attack, the suspect placed his knee across the victim’s throat before stealing a bracelet from him.
The suspect is described as a white man in his early 40s, approximately 5ft 10in tall, and of a skinny build. He had a shaved beard with a bushy moustache, along with dark eyes and dark hair, possibly black. At the time of the robbery, he was wearing dark green joggers.
This incident occurred while the police are carrying out Operation Relentless, a campaign launched in March 2026 to target high-harm offenders and criminal activity throughout the county.
