Police are appealing for witnesses after a vehicle incident at the Asda car park on Harborough Road in Northampton. The event took place between 1pm and 1.30pm on Sunday 19 April 2026.
A customer returned to their silver Chrysler car, which was parked in a disabled bay outside the front of the store, to find an unknown man sitting inside the vehicle. Following the incident, Northamptonshire Police have released a closed-circuit television image of a man they believe may have information that could assist with their investigation.
Officers are asking anyone who recognises the man in the image to come forward. Those with information are encouraged to contact the police by calling 101, or they can report details anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
