Insurance company Aviva has opened 64 new job roles at its main office in Norwich, Norfolk. These positions were posted in late February 2026 and offer opportunities for both people starting their careers and those with more professional experience.

The new vacancies cover several different departments, including technology, finance, and customer service. Specifically, the company is looking for people to join their graduate leadership and software development programmes, as well as senior roles like a pricing manager for vehicle tracking technology.

New staff will be based at Surrey House on 8 Surrey Street, a historic building that contains the famous Grade I listed Marble Hall. This hiring boost supports the local economy in a city that already has 13,000 digital technology jobs and is known for having the second-highest concentration of insurance jobs in the UK.

According to company CEO Amanda Blanc, the business is currently working towards a goal of making £2 billion in operating profit by the end of 2026. These local appointments follow the appointment of Craig Fazzini-Jones as the company’s group chief operating officer in March 2025.
