Peterborough United has confirmed that season ticket prices for the 2026/27 campaign will be frozen at 2025/26 levels for supporters who renew during the club’s ‘Early Bird’ window, a move the club says is intended to help families in Peterborough manage the cost of following the team.
The club announced the scheme on 2 February 2026, saying anyone who renews their season ticket before 28 February 2026 will lock in the current prices for next season. The freeze applies to standard season-ticket areas and excludes hospitality/executive packages.
Chairman Darragh MacAnthony, in the club’s announcement, said the decision reflected the club’s awareness of the ongoing cost‑of‑living pressures: “We know the cost of living continues to affect families across Peterborough and beyond, and we wanted to give something back to the fans who show their commitment to the Club.” Local coverage in the Peterborough Telegraph also described the move as a return to the club’s longer-term practice of keeping matchdays accessible after a small price rise for 2025/26.
Supporters can renew online via the club’s official ticketing portal (theposhtickets.com) or in person at the Weston Homes Stadium box office. The club’s announcement sets 28 February as the cutoff to qualify for the frozen prices; purchasers after that date will move into the Early Bird and then standard pricing bands.
The announcement comes while the team continues to play at the Weston Homes Stadium (London Road). The club has previously discussed a potential future move to a new stadium, and the freeze is presented as part of ongoing efforts to reward loyalty and grow season-ticket membership, with the club aiming to push toward a higher baseline of core season-ticket holders in the coming seasons.
