Dorset Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man who used a hammer to damage a front door in Poole, Dorset. The incident happened at a home on Ringwood Road on Sunday 8 March 2026.
At around 3:00 PM, residents were disturbed by a man banging on their door. The man was carrying a hammer and caused damage to the property, but he did not manage to get inside the house.
Police Constable Alice Beavon, from the local policing team, has released a CCTV image of a man she would like to identify. She is urging anyone who recognises him to get in touch to help with the investigation.
