The world’s largest beach polo event will return to Sandbanks Beach in Poole, Dorset, on July 10 and July 11, 2026. Organisers confirmed that tickets are now available for the two-day festival, which features professional polo matches and evening music entertainment.

Residents can now book tickets through the Fixr booking platform for the various matches and hospitality options. While prices vary, general admission for a single day usually starts at about £50, with early bird weekend tickets typically priced around £85.

According to Sandpolo, the event includes a street food village and pitch-side bars, with evening parties running until 1:00 AM. Local tourism records show that the championships usually attract around 10,000 visitors to the area over the weekend.

Local residents should expect larger crowds and some temporary changes to beach access while the event is being held on the sand. The Total Guide to Dorset explains that this event is a major part of the local summer season, providing a boost for businesses despite the increased traffic on the peninsula.

The weekend will showcase high-speed polo matches designed to be faster and easier to follow than traditional games. This year marks the 18th year for the festival, which was first established in 2008 by director Johnny Wheeler.
