Mark Raymond Fogg, 37, has been charged following an incident involving an imitation firearm at Wilmcote House in Somerstown, Southsea. The charges follow reports that a weapon was fired twice from a window at the residential tower block at approximately 5:29 PM on Saturday, 28 February 2026.
