Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary has released a security camera image of a man they want to identify following an exposure incident in Portsmouth, Hampshire. The incident took place in the middle of the day on Friday, 19 December 2025.

Officers report that the event happened in Railway View between 11:50 am and 12:20 pm. This street is a busy route for people walking between the city centre and the Portsmouth and Southsea railway station.

Police are now asking for help from the public because their first investigations did not find the person involved. They believe the man in the picture might have important information that could help them with their work.

If you recognise the man or were near the railway station at the time of the incident, you should call the police on 101. When you get in touch, please give the call handler the reference number 44250570563.

You can also share what you know through the police website or contact the independent charity Crimestoppers to stay anonymous. Finding the man in the image will help local officers keep the community safe and prevent further incidents.
