The Rayleigh & District Primary Care Network is hosting a dedicated women’s health and wellbeing event at the Rayleigh Golf Club in Essex on 31 March 2026. This afternoon session aims to provide local residents with direct access to specialist medical advice and support groups for various health conditions.

Running from 1.30pm to 4pm, the event will feature health and wellbeing checks alongside a question and answer session focused on menopause and hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Experts will be on hand to help women from Rayleigh, Hullbridge, and Hockley navigate local services more easily.

Several local organisations are taking part, including Healthwatch Essex and the breast cancer support charity Lady McAdden. Visitors can also speak with representatives from an endometriosis support group and the Essex Sexual Health Service.

The Rayleigh & District Primary Care Network, which is made up of six local GP practices, organised the gathering to offer support outside of a traditional doctor’s surgery. By bringing these services together in one place, the network hopes to make it simpler for women to find the specific help they need.
